Questions

Assess the work.
Assess the fit.

Straight answers about Good Work, Great Work, the right environment and what implementation requires from you.

Fit & capacity

What do you mean by Good Work and Great Work?

Good Work is necessary, competent work: email, administration, reports, meeting follow-up, task capture, routine research, document review and chasing.

Great Work is the thinking, judgement, selling, relationship-building and leadership that only you can do.

The aim is to reduce, accelerate and systemise suitable Good Work. You decide where the returned capacity can do more good.

Who is a strong fit?
  • You have real recurring work worth improving.
  • You will complete the prerequisites and participate in implementation.
  • You are willing to change working habits and use the system consistently.
  • You understand that useful AI still needs judgement and review.
  • You have a worthwhile use for the capacity returned.

We assess the work and readiness before agreeing an engagement. Useful implementation needs participation and review.

Who is not a fit?
  • Passive automation without your involvement.
  • Indiscriminate staff replacement or autonomous high-risk decisions.
  • Guaranteed results without adoption.
  • A generic AI presentation rather than implementation.
What supports the 20–30% productivity position?

Practical AI can improve productivity by 20–30% on suitable tasks. Published field studies have found gains around 25–26%, but the measures and work differ.

A field experiment with 758 consultants reported completing suitable knowledge tasks 25.1% more quickly. On a task outside AI’s capability, AI users were less likely to reach a correct solution. Three software-development field experiments with 4,867 developers reported 26.08% more completed tasks. More tasks completed is not the same measure as less time per task.

These findings are not measured Get To Work AI customer results. They do not establish a 20–30% improvement across every task, person or company. Suitable work, workflow configuration, human review, adoption and consistent use determine whether capacity is returned. Licences alone do not produce the result. We do not guarantee hours recovered, lower labour costs or financial returns.

Is AI Launch only for executives?

No. Launch is for one person: an owner, executive, manager or staff member. It configures standard Claude or ChatGPT around the person’s role, context and work.

Offers & implementation

How do the five offers differ?

Launch is a new standalone individual setup. Amplify is an advanced executive environment in VS Code using Claude. Scale rolls out a proven Launch-style or Amplify-style team model. Role Onboarding adds an employee only after the company and role standard exist. Momentum supports and improves an existing system under separately agreed scope.

How are delivery and follow-up agreed?

Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal covering the preparation required, working sessions, implementation scope, deliverables and bounded follow-up support.

The accepted proposal defines the session structure, dates, specific deliverables and support period. The work is practical configuration and implementation, with readiness and acceptance checks.

When and where do you deliver?

Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal covering the preparation required, working sessions, implementation scope, deliverables and bounded follow-up support.

In person by appointment. Microsoft Teams nationwide.

What are Projects and Skills?

Projects hold the context. Skills hold the method. A Project contains the outcome, instructions, files and context for a body of work. A Skill is a reusable method Claude can apply consistently when relevant.

In Amplify, approved business knowledge, decisions and updates develop continuity. Skills can support meeting preparation, proposal review, research briefs or a weekly operating review. They still require human direction, review and approval.

Does Amplify improve on its own?

It becomes progressively more context-aware as the executive reviews and approves new knowledge, decisions and updates. This is controlled continuity, not permission for unattended changes.

What does it cost?

AI Launch: A$2,200 per person. AI Amplify: A$6,500. AI Role Onboarding: A$1,500 per employee. Scale and Momentum: price on application. Amplify is paid 50% before discovery and build, and 50% before handover. Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Is Launch required before Amplify?

No, if the executive already has the capability and technical foundation. Choose Launch when the standard interface is the right working environment. Choose Amplify when a structured executive environment in VS Code is justified.

Control & alternatives

What if AI gets it wrong?

AI can produce confident but inaccurate output. Test representative work, check important facts against original sources and keep a person responsible for decisions and communications. No implementation guarantees accuracy, hours saved or financial returns.

Is business information used to train public models?

That depends on the platform, plan, settings and current provider terms. Consumer accounts and business workspaces may differ. Confirm approved information, permissions and data controls before using business content.

What if Microsoft permissions are not ready?

AI does not fix overshared folders or unclear access. Complete the approved customer-IT actions before connections are enabled. We do not bypass controls or promise compatibility with every system.

Will it send emails or change things automatically?

Launch does not autonomously send emails or make automatic task or system changes. You review and send communications. Amplify requires explicit approval before memory changes, file writes, task changes or external actions.

Who owns the work and accounts?

Your business keeps files, projects, instructions and implementation materials in customer-controlled accounts and storage. Named access is limited and removed after delivery or agreed support unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not create a separate business-knowledge copy for unrelated use. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms.

Would DIY or training be enough?

Sometimes. DIY suits someone with the time and capability to configure, test and maintain the method. Training can develop skills. Get To Work AI installs the working setup with you and helps embed it in recurring work.

Compare the alternatives
Are these tools mandatory or partners?

No tool is mandatory in every engagement. Recommendations depend on the person, work and fit; Amplify’s selected environment is Claude in VS Code. Get To Work AI is independent of the providers and does not imply partnership, certification or endorsement. Any future referral payment or commercial benefit will be disclosed. Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Readiness & follow-up

What needs to be ready for Launch?

Pre-work is due three business days before delivery. Subscriptions, permissions and customer-IT actions are due one business day before delivery. Readiness dates are confirmed in your proposal. Bring approved work examples and be ready to participate.

What support is included with Launch?

Implementation support and review are bounded by the accepted proposal, including the support period, adjustment allowance and contact channel. There is no open-ended telephone access. New workflows, users, integrations or substantial redesign need separate agreement.

What are the Role Onboarding limits?
  • Live delivery capped at 90 minutes per employee.
  • An approved company and role standard is required.
  • 14 days of bounded follow-up.
  • Up to 30 cumulative minutes of minor adjustments.
  • One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can we reschedule?

Launch and Role Onboarding each include one free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Applicable customer terms are provided before commitment.

What happens after I enquire?

Email Get To Work AI with the recurring work taking time, the people involved and the result you want. We’ll reply directly about fit and any next steps. Scope, cost and readiness are confirmed before implementation.

What happens after delivery?

You keep the setup. Launch and Amplify have no compulsory retainer. Scale and Momentum are optional, individually scoped and separately agreed. Role Onboarding remains a distinct service after the company and role standard exist.
