AI Launch

Put your Good Work into a better working system.

AI Launch configures practical AI around one person’s role, context and recurring work. It suits owners, executives and managers, and other people with suitable work to improve. The accepted proposal defines the implementation and follow-up.

What changes?

Email, administration and follow-up need doing, but they can consume the capacity you need for judgement, relationships and better decisions. Launch configures suitable recurring Good Work so you can redirect more capacity into Great Work.

What you receive

  • Identify useful recurring work and friction, and agree the outcomes worth improving.
  • Prepare your accounts, software, access and work examples for implementation.
  • Configure the selected Claude or ChatGPT environment around your real role, business context and communication needs.
  • Develop agreed repeatable workflows, reusable instructions and practical business projects.
  • Work may include email preparation, meeting follow-up, briefings and task capture, with supported connections where agreed and permitted.
  • Document operating instructions, data boundaries and the human approvals required for material actions.
  • Practical implementation support, handover and review within the scope and follow-up period in your accepted proposal.

Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise. Get To Work AI is not currently registered for GST. No GST is added to these prices.

What is not included?
  • ERP access, finance systems, financial dashboards, custom APIs, custom MCPs and unsupported integrations.
  • Autonomous email sending or automatic task and system changes. You review and send communications.
  • A business-wide rollout or building a full company and role standard for every employee.
I recommend Get To Work AI’s training without hesitation to any owner or executive who knows AI matters to their business and cannot see where to start.

Good fit when…

  • One person with real recurring work worth improving, whether an owner, executive, manager or staff member.
  • Someone prepared to complete prerequisites, participate in the session, change working habits and review the output.

Look elsewhere when…

  • You want passive automation, guaranteed savings or a generic AI presentation.
  • You need bespoke integrations, autonomous high-risk decisions or a wider team model.

Before you commit

The practical details.

What affects the cost?

A$2,200 per person for the Launch engagement defined in the accepted proposal. Launch is paid in full before a delivery booking is secured. Software subscriptions are separate. Extra people, unsupported connections or work beyond scope need separate written agreement.

How long does it take, and what do we need to provide?

Working sessions and bounded follow-up, agreed in your proposal.

Provide approved role and business context, representative work you may share, customer-owned accounts and an IT contact where permissions are needed. Complete the agreed preparation, participate in the working sessions, review the output and practise afterwards.

When and where can implementation happen?

Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal covering the preparation required, working sessions, implementation scope, deliverables and bounded follow-up support.

In person by appointment. Microsoft Teams nationwide.

What are the support and readiness rules?
  • The accepted proposal defines the session structure, dates, deliverables, support period and adjustment allowance.
  • Email is the support record; use the contact channel in the accepted proposal.
  • Calls booked when necessary, with no open-ended telephone access.
  • Pre-work due three business days before delivery.
  • Subscriptions, permissions and customer-IT actions due one business day before delivery.
  • One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What commonly goes wrong, and how do you control it?

Poor source information produces poor drafts. Unavailable Microsoft permissions can block connections. We check readiness and compatibility before delivery, agree a supported path, test real examples and document what you must review. If access is not ready, we agree the next step before proceeding; we do not bypass IT controls.

What are the alternatives?

DIY may be enough if you can configure, test and maintain a repeatable method. Training can build awareness, but does not necessarily install a working system. Choose Amplify for an advanced executive environment in VS Code using Claude. Use Role Onboarding to add an employee against an approved company and role standard; use Scale to design and roll out a wider model.

What happens after delivery?

You keep the setup, instructions and agreed implementation materials. Support, refinement and review follow the accepted proposal. Further development or ongoing support is optional and separately agreed.

What happens next?

Email Get To Work AI about the recurring work and the result you want. We’ll reply directly, assess whether the service is a fit and confirm the next steps. Any engagement is agreed in a written proposal.
