AI Role Onboarding
Give a new employee a consistent AI start.
Add an employee after the approved company and role standard already exist. Apply that standard, complete a real workflow and check the employee can use it. This is AI role onboarding, not complete HR onboarding.
What changes?
A new employee should not need to recreate the company’s working method. Role Onboarding applies the approved setup to their recurring Good Work, so they can contribute more capacity to the Great Work of their role.
What you receive
- Account and workspace configuration for the approved Claude Team/Enterprise or ChatGPT Business standard.
- Approved company-wide instructions, role-specific context, projects, skills and templates.
- Role-appropriate connectors and permissions, with confidentiality and AI-use boundaries.
- Practical role training where required, one completed real-world workflow and an acceptance check.
- 14 days of bounded follow-up, with up to 30 cumulative minutes of minor adjustments.
Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise. Get To Work AI is not currently registered for GST. No GST is added to these prices.
What is not included?
- Creating or materially changing the company or role standard. This is separate Launch, Amplify or Scale work.
- Complete HR onboarding, IT helpdesk services or unlimited role training.
- Unsupported connections or permission changes outside the approved standard.
Good fit when…
- A business with an approved company and role standard already in place.
- An employee whose role fits that standard and whose accounts and permissions are ready.
Look elsewhere when…
- You need to decide your company-wide AI rules first.
- The role requires a substantially different workflow or access model.
Before you commit
The practical details.
What affects the cost?
A$1,500 per employee using an existing approved standard. Software subscriptions are separate. A new or materially changed standard is a different implementation engagement, not an extra hidden inside onboarding.
How long does it take, and what do we need to provide?
Up to 90 minutes live + 14-day follow-up.
Supply the approved company and role standard, the employee’s permitted accounts and connectors, suitable work for the acceptance check and time for live delivery. Resolve access and confidentiality requirements before onboarding.
What are the support and readiness rules?
- Live delivery capped at 90 minutes per employee.
- An approved company and role standard is required.
- 14 days of bounded follow-up.
- Up to 30 cumulative minutes of minor adjustments.
- One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What commonly goes wrong, and how do you control it?
A generic or outdated standard may not suit the role. Missing permissions can prevent the practical workflow from completing. We confirm the standard and role fit, check access and finish with a real task and acceptance check rather than assuming attendance equals adoption.
What are the alternatives?
Launch creates a new standalone individual setup. Amplify creates an advanced executive environment in VS Code using Claude. Scale designs and rolls out a wider team model. Role Onboarding comes after the company and role standard exist; an internal champion can also deliver onboarding if they have the capability and time.
What happens after delivery?
The employee works from the company’s approved setup. Follow-up is bounded to 14 days and up to 30 cumulative minutes of minor adjustments. Changes to the standard or broader support are separately scoped.
