All prices are in Australian dollars. Get To Work AI is not currently registered for GST. No GST is added to these prices. Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise. No compulsory retainer follows Launch or Amplify.
What else will you pay for?
Software plans are separate from the implementation fee. The platforms and subscriptions you need are confirmed before you commit, based on the agreed workflow and existing licences.
Extra users, unsupported integrations and work outside the agreed scope need separate agreement. Scale and Momentum are individually quoted. Amplify is paid 50% before discovery and build, and 50% before handover.

Implementation is one option.

Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
Start with the work and your governance requirements. No platform is the best choice for every business.

We implement Claude and ChatGPT where appropriate. Assessment may recommend Copilot, a controlled combination or no deployment yet. A Copilot recommendation does not mean a custom Copilot rollout is included in Launch.
When should you wait?
- No one can own the change or review the outputs.
- Sensitive information and access rules are not settled.
- Microsoft permissions expose more than staff should see.
- The proposed work needs reliable autonomous high-risk decisions.
- The task is infrequent, already efficient or not worth the implementation cost.
