- Unlimited support, unbounded development or an implied response-time guarantee.
- A replacement for creating your initial company and role standard.
- AI Role Onboarding or new employee setup unless separately agreed.

Before you commit
The practical details.
What affects the cost?
Price on application. The existing system, improvement workload, support needs and agreed access determine the price. Scope, timing, fees and support terms are separately agreed for each engagement. It is optional after any finite implementation.
How long does it take, and what do we need to provide?
Individually scoped.
Provide the existing instructions and agreed account access, examples of friction and a person authorised to approve changes. Agree priorities and what success looks like.
What commonly goes wrong, and how do you control it?
Small changes can create unexpected effects. Expanding access or adding automation without review can increase risk. We keep changes within the agreed scope, seek required approvals and test the affected workflow.
What are the alternatives?
Maintain the system internally if you have capacity. Commission a one-off improvement when ongoing support is unnecessary. Use Role Onboarding separately for employees joining an approved standard.
What happens after delivery?
Each engagement has its own support and handover terms. Your accounts, files and agreed implementation materials remain under your control. Any next stage needs a separate agreement.
