Start with appropriate access

Approve the information and named access needed for the work. Keep permissions limited, and remove delivery or support access afterwards unless expressly agreed. Existing oversharing must be addressed; AI does not make it safe.

Keep the business knowledge with you

Business files, projects, instructions and implementation materials remain in customer-controlled accounts and storage. Get To Work AI does not create a separate business-knowledge copy for unrelated use.

Check the platform terms

Third-party platforms process information under their own terms. Training settings, retention, access controls and availability can vary by plan. Confirm the right arrangement before adding business information. No absolute privacy or security guarantee is made.

Review the output and approve the action

Check important facts and decisions against reliable sources. Launch does not autonomously send communications or make automatic task or system changes. Amplify requires visible approval before memory changes, file writes, task changes or external actions.

Website traffic and information

No third-party analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking tools have been added. Enquiries go directly by email; there is no website form or booking platform. The hosting platform may collect operational and aggregate traffic information under its own terms. Our Privacy page explains how voluntarily supplied information is handled.
