AI Amplify is a deeper implementation for an owner or executive whose work spans multiple priorities, projects, decisions and information sources. It builds a controlled working environment around that complexity, within an agreed scope.
What changes?
Executive Good Work often starts from scattered context: projects, priorities, decisions and unfinished follow-up. Amplify brings the approved information and reusable methods into one controlled working environment, freeing attention for Great Work.
What you receive
- Discovery of the role, working context, priorities and information sources for one owner or executive.
- A deeper working environment, using Claude in VS Code where suitable and agreed.
- Structured business context, decision history and knowledge organisation, including a Business Bible where useful.
- Repeatable workflows, structured prompting, Projects and reusable Skills selected for the work.
- Support for substantial strategic projects within the agreed implementation scope.
- Human approval before memory changes, file writes, task changes, material communications, commitments or external actions.
- Compatibility checks, practical training, implementation and handover, with bounded follow-up defined in the accepted proposal.
Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise. Get To Work AI is not currently registered for GST. No GST is added to these prices.
What is not included?
- An autonomous operator, unattended high-risk decisions or unreviewed changes to business knowledge.
- Proprietary software, unlimited integrations or unrestricted access to your systems.
- A whole-team rollout or open-ended ongoing development.
Reusable context and methods
Projects hold the context.
Skills hold the method.
A Project
A body of work with its outcome, instructions, files and context. It gives Claude the approved information needed for that work.
A Skill
A reusable method Claude can apply consistently when relevant. It describes how to approach the work, not permission to act on its own.
Meeting preparation. Proposal review. Decision analysis. Research briefs. Weekly operating reviews. Drafting in an approved voice.
These are examples, selected for the executive’s work. Skills still require human direction, review and approval. Where these are in scope, approved knowledge and decisions add context to Projects and a Business Bible; Skills make agreed methods reusable.
Eight weeks on, the assistant that came out of it is a permanent part of how I run three business regions. What affects the cost?
A$6,500 for the agreed executive scope. Pay 50% before discovery and build, and 50% before handover. Multiple businesses operated by that executive may be included. Unsupported systems or work beyond scope require separate agreement. Required software subscriptions remain customer-owned and customer-paid unless expressly agreed otherwise.
How long does it take, and what do we need to provide?
Deeper implementation, with delivery and follow-up agreed in your proposal.
Provide approved business context, priorities, decision history and representative projects. Complete the agreed account, software and permission prerequisites, nominate the approver and IT contact where needed, and allow time to use and refine the setup.
When and where can implementation happen?
Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal covering the preparation required, working sessions, implementation scope, deliverables and bounded follow-up support.

What commonly goes wrong, and how do you control it?
Outdated context can mislead later work. Uncontrolled memory or reusable methods can repeat a mistake. We agree the source information, test the working methods and require human approval for material updates and actions. It becomes progressively more context-aware as the executive reviews and approves new knowledge, decisions and updates; it does not improve safely without participation.
What are the alternatives?
Launch suits one person working in the standard Claude or ChatGPT interface. An experienced executive may maintain a structured setup independently. A specialist consultancy may be more suitable for enterprise architecture or custom systems. Launch is not mandatory if the required capability and technical foundation are already in place.
What happens after delivery?
Handover and bounded adoption support follow the accepted proposal. The environment gains continuity as you review and approve context, decisions and knowledge. Momentum is optional and separately agreed.
